Hall's River Classics, Inc. is a corporation in the state of Florida which is the sole distributor of Ballan reels. We are here to help you enjoy the art of flyfishing with the finest reels made. Each reel is made by hand, meticulously fitting the components to the finest tolerances. Only after Bill has listened to the click and felt each reel does he release it to be sold. Our warranty is your lifetime or his. If anything goes wrong with your reel, just send it to us and we will fix it. Sorry, abuse doesn't qualify. If you need to change or upgrade your reel that can be arranged with an additional charge dependent on the age and use of the reel traded in. However, due to the fact that these reels are custom made for each customer, we do not offer refunds.
Disclaimer
Our reels are handmade, individually in the USA with painstaking care, and due to that, at times there may be small, insignificant tool marks which do not affect the operation or value. Also since they are individually made, one at a time, and Bill likes to take his time and devote his careful attention to his reels, the reels may not be available overnight. If it is more than a week, we will not charge you until we are ready to deliver. Thank you for your patience.
